2008 Alice Bale Art Award – Glen Eira City Council Gallery, VIC Lyno thinking (in pinstripe) at the Gertrude Street Enoteca by Soula Mantalvanos has been accepted in the exhibition of finalist in the medium of oil/acrylics for Australia's premier award for traditional realism and figurative art, the Alice Bale Art Award.
